Standard items ship standard freight within 3-5 business days (typically within 72 hours). Custom orders and furniture (chairs, tables) require 3-5 weeks for delivery.

Note that in the case of orders including multiple items, parts of the order may ship under separate cover.

Terms: F.O.B. Origin (various) Shipment will be billed as freight and handling prepaid and added to the customers invoice total.

Except as otherwise explicitly indicated, a separate Shipping & Handling (S&H) charge will be assessed at the following rates (based on total purchase price):

1. Orders totalling up to $100.00 will be assessed a flat shipping charge of $9.50.
2. Orders totalling $101.00 - 500.00 will be assessed a shipping charge at rate representing 8.5% the total purchase price.
3. Orders totalling more than $500.00 will be assessed a shipping charge at a rate representing 7.5% of the total price.

As such Ergonetics can make no warranty that its products will prevent or cure any physical ailment. We warrant only that the items will be free of defects in workmanship, suitable for the general purposes for which they are sold, and shall generally meet the description and specifications provided to the customer at the time of purchase.

This limited warranty of merchantability and the 30 day open return policy set forth below are exclusive and provided in lieu of any other express or implied warranties.

Customers disastisfied with a product for any reason may return the item for a full purchase price refund within 30 days of receipt subject to the specific limitations set forth below.

Customers may exchange defective or unsuitable products for no more than one calendar year from the date of invoice.

Ergonetics offers a refund on the purchase price (but not shipping) of all products returned within 30 days of receipt by the customer. Provided:

1. Products must be returned in resellable condition;
2. All returned items must include the manufacturer's original packaging and literature; and
3. Customers must obtain a Return Authorization prior to returning the product.

Products returned within 30 days of receipt but without original packaging and literature, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

No items will be accepted for return after thirty (30) days or without a prior return authorization.
